Cancellation Policy

Plans change — enjoy flexible cancellations and rescheduling with 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 24 and 48 hours before the lesson will incur a 50% session charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee (100%). Our tutors reserve dedicated time for each student and often prepare personalised lesson materials in advance. These policies help us maintain the highest standard of teaching and availability for all families. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occasionally arise, and we will always aim to act reasonably and supportively wherever possible.
