- Payments are processed securely at the time of booking.

- Students must attend sessions on time with necessary materials.
- A stable internet connection and quiet environment are required for effective learning.
- Respectful communication is expected between tutors, students, and parents at all times.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure our specialist tutors can manage their schedules effectively and provide the best support for all students, we have a clear policy for rescheduling and cancellations.
How to Reschedule or Cancel
- Notify your tutor directly by canceling/rescheduling through your online account OR by email at contact@tutorguru.co.uk.
- Ensure you receive a confirmation message for your request.
- Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Quick Facts: The 24-Hour Rule
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled lesson will incur a 50% session charge.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session start time will be charged at the full session rate. This ensures our teachers are fairly compensated for their prepared time.
Late Arrivals
- Tutors will wait for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
- If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the original scheduled time.
- If a student does not arrive within 15 minutes, the session will be marked as a no-show and charged in full.
